The role
You’ll be working out in the business as a trusted partner, helping lift capability while managing day-to-day HR, ER, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering closely with leaders to guide them through best practice HR and strengthen leadership capability through coaching and mentoring.
• Managing ER cases end to end, including disciplinary, grievance and restructuring processes
• Contributing to cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys etc
• Using HR data and insights to support decision making
• Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitating sessions and workshops designed to lift manager capability from having in-the-moment conversations to dealing with complex people matters and more.

About you

You may be an experienced Senior HR Advisor ready to step into a Business Partner role, or an HR Business Partner who thrives on being close to the business and adding value. You bring at least 7 years’ experience in HR with strong ER capability, sound employment legislation knowledge, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. You build credibility with leaders through strong delivery and enjoy coaching and mentoring to lift capability. Experience working in large, multi-site environments is preferred, along with exposure to unionised settings within FMCG, construction, or infrastructure.
