We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a collaborative team in a fast moving and diverse organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR generalist who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and partnering with leaders to deliver positive people outcomes.

About the Role
  
Reporting into the GMHR you will partner closely with managers and leaders to provide practical HR advice, support organisational initiatives, and contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

This is a broad generalist role focused on employment relations, leadership support, change initiatives, people processes, and organisational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR advice and support to leaders and employees.
• Manage employment relations matters including performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Coach and build capability within people leaders.
• Support organisational change and workforce initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Lead and support people projects and cyclical HR activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people practices and service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong demonstrated  experience in a generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner position.
• Strong employment relations knowledge and experience managing complex people matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to influence and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
