We have an interesting opportunity for an experienced ICT Change Manager who has recent Workday Implementation experience to join a dedicated project team.

This is a contract opportunity suited to someone who thrives in complex environments and can confidently lead organisational change initiatives from planning through to adoption.

You will be responsible for driving the people and process side of change associated with the Workday deployment. You will work closely with project teams, senior stakeholders, and business units to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to the Workday implementation roadmap
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across the organisation
• Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans
• Partner with project leadership and functional teams to embed change activities into delivery plans
• Identify and manage change risks and resistance
• Track and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and benefits realisation
• Facilitate workshops and support leaders through the transition

Skills & Experience required for success:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager on Workday implementations (essential)
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks
• Experience in large-scale digital or HRIS transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience working in complex or matrix environments

This is a Waikato based opportunity with flexible/hybrid working available.  All candidates must have full NZ working rights (NZ Citizens/Permanent Residency) to be considered.
