We’re looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable ICT Customer Support Specialist to join a growing network support team. This is a frontline, customer-facing technical role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support while troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of ICT and networking issues.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of ICT support experience who is passionate about technology, enjoys supporting customers to provide a high level of network solution.

You’ll work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, delivering outstanding customer experiences while applying your technical expertise across networking, security, cloud services, and infrastructure technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing first-line technical support to customers across a range of ICT services.
  • Troubleshooting networking, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Supporting firewall, switching, wireless, cloud, and identity management environments.
  • Managing incidents, service requests, and escalations through established support processes.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborating with other technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and support records.

What we’re looking for:

  • Broad understanding of ICT and networking technologies.
  • Minimum Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking qualification.
  • Experience working with Palo Alto Firewalls, SCM, LAN technologies including switches and wireless networks and access points.
  • Understanding of network design concepts and current security trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage conflict professionally and remain calm under pressure.
