We’re seeking an experienced workforce planning and transformation specialist to develop a practical implementation roadmap that turns an established workforce strategy into clear, achievable actions.

This contract will focus on designing a phased workforce transition approach across technology platforms and capabilities, ensuring future workforce needs, sourcing approaches, and capability development plans are aligned with organisational priorities and delivery commitments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess workforce capability requirements, implementation risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Develop workforce transition principles, options, and recommendations.
  • Create a phased implementation roadmap with clear milestones and decision points.
  • Align workforce planning activities with existing programmes and initiatives.
  • Conduct options analysis and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Define implementation readiness requirements and actionable next steps.
  • Review and enhance workforce capability measurement frameworks and approaches.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in workforce strategy implementation, organisational transformation, or technology workforce planning.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
  • Experience developing roadmaps, transition plans, and capability frameworks.
  • The ability to analyse complex information and translate strategy into practical actions.
  • Experience working across large, complex technology or enterprise environments
