We’re seeking an experienced Domain Architect (Information) to play a key role in shaping a large-scale digital workplace environment.
This contract opportunity will see you act as a lead designer of information structure, creating clear and intuitive ways for users to find, access, and interact with information across a complex Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary Agile programme, contributing to the design of intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing Information Architecture blueprints (site maps, user flows, wireframes)
• Developing taxonomy and metadata frameworks across M365
• Supporting SharePoint-based solutions with a strong accessibility focus
• Advising on compliance, risk, and information flows
• Collaborating with stakeholders across business and technical teams

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in Information Architecture within Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong capability in taxonomy, metadata, and IA design artefacts
• Experience delivering in Agile / SAFe environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
