Due to increased customer growth we are seeking an experienced Integration Consultant with a strong focus on Azure cloud-native solutions. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience to be successful:

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of cloud-native integration solutions using Microsoft Azure, C#, and modern .NET technologies.
• Own the technical direction of integration projects, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across project delivery, maintaining accountability for successful outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and support engineers and consultants, actively contributing to the growth and capability uplift of the wider team.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design and implement modern integration architectures, including API-led, event-driven, and hybrid integration patterns.
• Contribute to solution design, project scoping, estimation, and technical proposals.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Ensure cloud security best practices are embedded throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and customer teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft Azure technologies and integration trends, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to customer engagements.

Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 8+ years’ experience building cloud-native solutions using C# and modern .NET, ideally within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing engineers, with a demonstrated ability to lift the capability of those around you.
• Experience owning the technical direction of integration projects and being accountable for delivery quality and outcomes.
