We’re seeking an experienced Leadership Development expert with extensive experience partnering with large, complex, commercial organisations.

This role will lead a review of current leadership development approaches, identifying opportunities to modernise and elevate offerings to a best-in-class standard. You’ll bring an informed, innovative, commercial lens to curate high-quality tools and partners, align with broader talent practices, and implement solutions that deliver meaningful impact.
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Review and enhance existing leadership development programmes and frameworks
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-quality external providers aligned to organisational needs
• Create a centralised, user-friendly suite of leadership tools, content, and learning pathways
• Conduct market analysis to introduce contemporary, leading-edge solutions
• Integrate leadership development with talent, performance, and assessment processes
• Develop a clear roadmap for ongoing capability uplift, supported by insights and data
• Track and communicate outcomes, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Deep experience in leadership development and organisational learning
• Experience operating within large, complex, commercial environments
• Proven ability to evaluate market offerings and implement best-in-class solutions
• Experience working with and managing external providers and partners
• Understanding of how leadership development connects to broader talent strategies
