We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to provide high-level administrative, communication, and project support to a CEO and WLT. This is a pivotal role in a not-for-profit organisation requiring discretion, initiative, and a proactive, “can-do” approach.

About the role

You will provide day-to-day executive support while also contributing to internal and external communications, document management, and project administration. This role suits a confident administrator who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and thrives in a collaborative environment

Duties

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support including diary management, meetings, travel, and confidential records.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up actions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external communications.
  • Provide administrative support to projects.
  • Draft, format, proofread, and manage documents, presentations.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Senior Administrative or Executive Support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SharePoint knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience with design and communication tools is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Warm, professional communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
