About the role
Our Client has an exciting Fixed Term opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to contribute to a range of organisation-wide capability and learning initiatives.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to identify capability needs and support the development and delivery of practical learning solutions. You will provide advice, coordinate activity across multiple groups, and contribute to initiatives that support workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of learning activities, helping to connect people, information, and resources to achieve positive outcomes.
 
About You
You are an experienced learning and development professional who is adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused. You are comfortable working across a range of priorities, engaging with stakeholders, and translating needs into practical learning approaches.

You will bring strong relationship management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively in a complex environment. You can balance strategic thinking with delivery and are confident managing competing priorities.
 
You will be able to demonstrate experience in:

• designing, developing, or delivering learning solutions that meet organisational and learner needs
• leading or contributing to capability-building initiatives
• working with stakeholders to provide advice and support practical solutions
• building effective working relationships and influencing outcomes
• using data, insights, feedback, or evidence to identify needs and inform improvements
• planning, prioritising, and managing work to deliver quality outcomes
• collaborating with others to achieve shared objectives
