Are you an experienced Level 1 IT Service Desk Analyst available immediately for a contract role through until end July 2026?  

The following skills and experience are required:

  • A relevant qualification in IT 
  • 1 year+ experience in a similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills 
  • The ability and desire to learn quickly and pick up new skills
  • Windows Desktop (ideally Windows 11)
  • Windows Server 2012 / 2016 and Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft Office and ideally, Office 365
  • Build, configure and maintain desktop, laptop and mobile devices 
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential

This position will be assisting the helpdesk team with overflow tasks and assisting with setting up devices for new staff.

This role is based in Petone and you will be required to be on-site.
