We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about how people experience technology every day. This role is responsible for delivering, evolving, and continuously improving the desktop and office productivity environment, with a strong focus on devices, usability, and customer outcomes.

You’ll be curious about better ways of working, always looking for new and improved approaches to supporting customers and lifting the quality of their experience.

A key focus of the role is driving productivity through the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll ensure tools such as M365, Teams, SharePoint, and related platforms are well adopted, well supported, and genuinely enable people to work effectively.

You’ll lead a team focused on customer support and service excellence. As the “shop window” for Technology, your team’s performance, professionalism, and responsiveness will shape how the organisation experiences IT. You’ll set clear expectations, build capability, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Working closely with peers across technology and the wider organisation, you’ll help shape and deliver a coherent strategy for workplace enablement. By aligning people, platforms, and services, you’ll ensure technology supports organisational goals and improves how work gets done every day.
What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience leading desktop, device, or end-user computing teams in a complex organisation
  • Strong background in modern workplace technologies, particularly the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and device-led productivity
  • Demonstrated focus on customer experience, service quality, and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading and developing teams with a strong service and delivery mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across peers and stakeholders to shape and deliver enablement strategies
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, translating direction into practical outcomes
