About the role
Support a major business initiative within a high-performing New Business team. Created to assist with increased workloads, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy back-office function focused on delivering accurate and timely administration outcomes.

Working across multiple systems, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that prides itself on quality, efficiency, and service excellence. This role suits someone who enjoys detailed administration work and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Duties

  • Review customer and policy files and update records accurately
  • Match policies to the correct pricing and apply pre-approved quotes where required
  • Manually issue policies that would normally be processed through automated systems
  • Complete quality checks to ensure all information is correct prior to sign-off
  • Enter and maintain information across multiple administration and policy systems
  • Escalate complex or non-standard cases to senior team members
  • Manage daily workloads and prioritise tasks to meet service standards

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Previous administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience working across multiple systems and databases
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workflow
  • Able to clearly articulate previous administration experience and responsibilities
  • Process-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, or a New Business environment would be advantageous
