Office Manager

H2R Consulting are currently assisting a small corporate client locate a new Office Manager. This is a varied 12 month fixed term with the potential of extension.

This role is multi-facetted and involves all aspects of Office Management, Coordination, and Customer Service also.

The role involves:

  • Point of liaison for clients and current or potential customers.
  • Running and improving core business systems, e.g., Zoho CRM Plus system, Trello, GOSH online health and safety system.
  • Coordinating and following up on weekly and monthly reports.
  • Invoicing clients and accounts receivable.
  • Updating payroll and coordinating staff leave and pay requests.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings for the team
  • Taking meeting minutes at monthly team meetings and follow up with an action register.
  • Drafting and sending out client proposals and following up on potential leads.
  • Editing and reviewing of client work, e.g., policies and training workbooks.
  • Managing resources for the Occupational Health Nurses as well as coordinating their schedules.
  • Coordinating the workstation assessments and other work related assessments
  • Running annual flu vaccination programme.
