The Role

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Handle payroll queries and provide employee support
• Process leave and payroll adjustments
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
• Maintain payroll data integrity
• Support process improvements and system enhancements
• Work closely with HR and leaders across the business

About You

• Previous payroll experience
• Strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience with Datapay or similar payroll systems is advantageous
