Payroll Coordinator

Permanent / Full Time

Some key duties of this role include completing fortnightly and monthly payroll checking reports, ensuring all information that had been loaded into the payroll system is correct, liaising with the payroll provider regarding payroll reporting, changes, and system improvement changes.  You will be also be required to complete HR coordination and administration tasks as well.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must obtain the following attributes:

  • Understanding of payroll processes and legislation
  • Proficient using all applications within the Microsoft Office Suite with Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilient and have the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
