Key projects you’ll support include:

  • Integrating four additional companies into PayGlobal

  • Supporting the integration of PeopleSoft HR into PayGlobal

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting data cleansing, mapping, migration, and testing across payroll and T&A systems
  • Participating in UAT and system change activities
  • Maintaining SOPs, test scripts, and project documentation
  • Supporting HR and Payroll teams with training and change communication
  • Assisting with benefits configuration and remuneration review changes
  • Providing clear, accurate payroll information to stakeholders
  • Helping resolve discrepancies and system issues across PayGlobal, TimeFiler, and PeopleSoft

What you’ll bring

  • Solid payroll experience and a strong eye for detail
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and large data sets
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Clear, practical communication style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
  • Experience with PayGlobal, TimeFiler, or PeopleSoft is an advantage

This is a chance to be part of a significant transformation, working alongside experienced people in an environment where your contribution will be visible and valued.

If you enjoy variety, working with systems, and seeing change through from planning to delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
