About the role
As the P&C Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the P&C team and ensuring HR processes are running smoothly, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees.

What you will do

  • Assist the P&C team in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage the HRIS system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Prepare offer letters and conduct pre-employment checks
  • Managed the onboarding and offboarding of employees

About you
You will bring with you the following skills and experience:

  • Previous HR coordination experience with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Proactive and demonstrates initiative
  • Adaptable and flexible working style
