We’re seeking an experienced HR/People & Culture professional to join a well-established organisation for a six-month fixed-term assignment. This is a varied advisory role where you’ll partner with leaders, provide practical people support, contribute to organisational initiatives, and help navigate a period of change.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll be involved in a mix of employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, change support, process improvement, and people projects. You’ll also play a role in supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and initiatives.

About You You will bring:

• Previous experience in a senior HR or People & Culture advisory role
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce initiatives
• The confidence to build trusted relationships and provide pragmatic advice
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working with HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives
