Our client is looking for a People and Culture Advisor to provide support and advice to partners, managers and employees across their Auckland and Christchurch offices. You will provide advice and guidance to people at all levels of the business, across best practise, generalist HR, as well as a focus on continuous improvement of the HRIS. 

Reporting into the People & Culture Manager, this is a generalist HR position where you will also have the opportunity to be involved in project work.  You will have experience and knowledge of HRIS, ER, Performance management, talent management, leadership development as well as cyclical HR activities.

We are looking for a motivated and driven People and Culture Advisor who is interested in joining a fantastic HR team. Key to your success will be your ability to build exceptional relationships with your stakeholders, as well as your calm and considered communication style.
