Are you an experienced HR professional with global exposure and a passion for innovation? We’re seeking a high-energy, confident and proactive People Relations Partner to join a rapidly growing global business headquartered in Auckland. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where autonomy and creativity are valued.

In this newly created role, you will lead the Employee Relations function across multiple countries.  You’ll partner with senior leaders and legal teams to deliver fair, timely, and commercially sound outcomes, coach managers through sensitive performance and behavioural issues, and design scalable ER frameworks that enable consistency. Operating with autonomy while reporting to an offshore leader, you’ll need confidence in decision-making and the ability to navigate ambiguity with agility and innovation. Given the global scope of this role, flexible working is a given, so you must be comfortable operating across different time zones.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven ER expertise across New Zealand and Australia, plus global exposure (UK, USA, Canada, China is ideal).
  • Ability to work in the grey, navigate ambiguity, and act decisively.
  • High energy, proactive, and innovative mindset – you thrive on finding smarter ways to work.
