Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a PMO Analyst to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes across the organisation.
As a PMO Analyst, you will work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, effective governance, and strong project controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage project Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) registers.
  • Facilitate the identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues.
  • Produce high-quality project and portfolio reporting, including status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Support project and programme scheduling, ensuring plans are current, accurate, and aligned to delivery objectives.
  • Ensure strong documentation hygiene by maintaining project repositories, governance artefacts, and version control standards.
  • Monitor project compliance with PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance requirements.
  • Support project reviews, audits, and governance forums.
  • Assist with resource tracking, milestone monitoring, and delivery performance reporting.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
  • Experience maintaining RAID logs/registers and coordinating risk and issue management activities.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
