We are seeking a Principal Advisor to contribute to a small, highly connected digital team who are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 generalist to support ongoing digital, information management and project work.
 
The successful candidate will act as a practical, hands-on “go-to” IT generalist, helping uplift SharePoint capability, support digital delivery, and coordinate across multiple workstreams and vendors.

About the role:

  • Provide hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Support SharePoint Online configuration, optimisation, and environment upgrades
  • Contribute to information management and digital document governance improvements
  • Assist with automation initiatives and broader digital process enhancement work

You will bring:

  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration or solution delivery
  • Good understanding of information management and digital workplace practices
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience working with vendors or managed service providers
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
