We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager – Salesforce to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of a critical Salesforce ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape product direction, coach high-performing teams, and drive meaningful outcomes through smart, data-informed decision-making.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-based products, leading iterative development initiatives while managing and inspiring a team of technical specialists. You’ll work closely with business partners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions—particularly across Salesforce core platforms.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and manage a team of 7–8 direct reports, fostering a servant leadership culture
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business and customer needs
  • Oversee iterative software development and end-to-end project delivery
  • Drive strategic Salesforce initiatives that enable digital learning, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product and engineering decisions
  • Collaborate across matrixed, cross-functional teams to deliver complex outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, clients, and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate and influence decision-making across diverse perspectives and priorities

What you’ll bring

  • 7–10 years’ experience in product management position within a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience, motivating and engaging technical teams
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including integrations (essential)
  • Demonstrated success defining, building, and scaling digital products
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives across Salesforce core platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong project management capability with end-to-end delivery experience
  • Advanced knowledge of digital technology delivery
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels
