About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support a large-scale acquisition and change management programme within a fast-paced organisation. This role will see you working closely with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, change initiatives are effectively implemented, and communication remains clear across the business.
You will play a critical role in coordinating end-to-end project activity, acting as the central point of contact between teams, and ensuring all moving parts are aligned. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys driving change, and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and drive project delivery from initiation through to completion
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across the business
  • Track timelines, monitor progress, and proactively flag risks or delays
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, mapping current vs future processes
  • Prepare clear and concise project documentation, updates, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, delivery, and change management (essential)
  • Proven ability to support business transformation or implementation projects
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft tools and project management systems
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Full NZ driver’s licence and flexibility to travel to Hamilton regularly
