We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to step into a busy technology environment and provide hands-on delivery support across a portfolio of infrastructure and cyber initiatives.

This is not a single large transformation programme – it’s a fast-moving, delivery-focused role where you’ll juggle 20–25 initiatives, keep momentum across multiple stakeholders and assist the team with various deadlines.

What you’ll be working on:

• Infrastructure uplift and coordination initiatives
• Cybersecurity-related projects and budget tracking
• A laptop refresh programme
• Vendor engagement and delivery management
• Tracking actions from board packs and business papers
• Coordinating across internal technology resources and suppliers

You’ll be partnering closely with an internal team member who remains across the portfolio, so this is about adding delivery horsepower and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects
• Comfortable managing multiple small-to-medium initiatives concurrently
• Strong vendor management and commercial awareness
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to context switch quickly
• Confident communicator who can engage with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach – someone who just gets things moving

This role requires someone who can bring clarity and control without over-engineering. You’ll need to be comfortable picking things up quickly, creating structure, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
The environment

• Wellington-based
• 40-hour week
• 3 days in the office (Thursday is a key anchor day), 2 days WFH
• Supportive, collaborative team
