Project Manager – Technology Transformation Programme
 
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join a significant, multi-year technology transformation programme.
You will lead one of four key workstreams:

• Legacy and Decommissioning – managing infrastructure-focused delivery, legacy systems and the decommissioning of existing technology.
• Integration and Cloud – supporting core system upgrades, cloud services, integrations and third-party technology delivery.
• Front-End Upgrade – delivering enhancements to a successful customer-facing platform in partnership with internal technology and business teams.
• Data and Analytics – helping establish new reporting, analytics and data warehouse capabilities alongside architects and technical specialists.

This is a complex programme involving multiple vendors, internal teams and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating delivery activities, managing dependencies and providing clear reporting across your workstream.

The programme will use an agile delivery approach, with weekly planning and review cycles. The initial stages will be heavily focused on technology upgrades, and you will have the opportunity to help shape project documentation, processes and delivery standards across the wider programme.
About you You will be an experienced Project Manager who can become productive quickly and operate effectively in a developing programme environment. You will bring:

• Strong project planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience managing complex technology or business transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Confidence managing third-party vendors and delivery partners.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your communication style.
• Strong documentation, reporting and process-development capability.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Experience across infrastructure, cloud integration, Microsoft .NET, data warehousing or analytics would be beneficial, depending on the workstream.
The team will initially work together in the office five days per week while the programme is established, moving toward a three-day office-based working model.
The salary for these positions is up to $155,000, depending on experience.
