Our client is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to join their project. This role requires a highly experienced planning professional who can take ownership of the project schedule and provide strategic scheduling expertise across complex, large-scale works.

This is not a junior coordination role — we are looking for someone with deep infrastructure experience and advanced capability in Primavera P6.

The Role
Reporting into the Project Controls/Project Management team, you will be responsible for developing, analysing and managing an integrated master schedule across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in driving schedule performance, identifying risks, and providing clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6
  • Establish and maintain the integrated master schedule
  • Perform critical path and float analysis
  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and scenario modelling
  • Monitor progress against baseline and forecast completion dates
  • Identify delays, trends, and mitigation strategies
  • Lead schedule review meetings with senior stakeholders and contractors
  • Provide high-quality reporting and executive-level schedule updates
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and governance requirements  

About You

  • Significant experience scheduling large-scale infrastructure projects 
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 
  • Strong understanding of project controls, cost integration, and risk management
  • Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and contractor environments
  • Ability to operate autonomously and provide strategic planning insight
  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
