About the role
Step into a key front-facing role providing essential reception and administrative support during a period of transition. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all visitors, residents, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times.

Working closely with the wider administration team and reporting into the Finance function, you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering high-quality service across a range of tasks.

Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, responding to enquiries efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and functional reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a busy environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using computer systems and handling administrative processes
  • Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
