About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a large organisation in the healthcare sector to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a six-month fixed-term contract. This role will see you partnering with leaders across a diverse portfolio, providing end-to-end recruitment support, strategic sourcing advice, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and workforce needs
• Developing sourcing and attraction approaches for hard-to-find talent
• Providing expert advice and best practice recruitment guidance
• Building strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment practices
• Experience recruiting within large or complex organisations

Clinical or procurement recruitment experience will be highly regarded. Please highlight this clearly in your application.
