Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team to support the recruitment process across New Zealand and Australia. 

This is an ASAP start role so, if you are available immediately and the below sounds like you, we want to hear from you! 

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and managing employment contracts across various business units.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, including setting them up in the HRIS.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation and HR systems.
  • Manage multiple priorities and working at pace to meet deadlines.

  
What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail – accuracy is key when handling contracts and employee records.
  • Ability to work at pace – this role involves managing multiple contracts and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills – you’ll need to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • HR and Recruitment experience – Comfort in managing high volumes of requests and tasks.
