We are seeking a Revenue Analyst to join a busy and collaborative Revenue Assurance team, helping to ensure revenue is accurately captured, protected and optimised across a complex operational environment.

About the Role Reporting to the Revenue Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of revenue processes and supporting the wider business through analysis, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing billing processes to ensure alignment with service delivery and contractual obligations. 
• Identifying, investigating and reducing revenue leakage. 
• Conducting revenue assurance reviews, audits and compliance activities.
• Analysing contracts, business processes and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Supporting reconciliations, accruals, reporting and exception management. 
• Developing and enhancing systems, controls and processes to improve billing accuracy and data quality. 
• Working closely with commercial, operational, finance, customer service and technology teams.
• Supporting internal and external audit activities and responding to stakeholder queries. 

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong analytical and numerical capability. 
• Experience working with financial data, reconciliations, revenue processes or business analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify anomalies and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• A proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
• The ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Exposure to ERP systems, reporting tools, SAP, Business Objects, finance, logistics, utilities, transport or other operationally complex environments will be highly regarded.
