We are looking for a senior rostering specialist with hands‑on experience with complex rostering either direct operational experience working with rostering in a complex organisation, or experience delivering a large‑scale / complex rostering system implementation as part of a project or programme. You will have strong analytical thinking, the ability to map processes, reframe problems, and challenge assumptions and capability to both think and do, not just document.
