We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Business Analyst to support the integration and enablement of Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) capabilities within a complex SAP ECC on-premise environment.

This role will be responsible for analysing the current SAP landscape, identifying technical impacts, and producing detailed technical specifications to support a successful ERM implementation. The successful candidate will work across SAP architecture, data integration, security, identity management, and finance processes to ensure organisational data is available, accurate, secure, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Review SAP batch jobs, custom programs, and service accounts to identify potential impacts arising from ERM implementation.
• Assess existing SAP processes and recommend required modifications to support ERM functionality and compliance requirements.
• Document SAP data structures and identify tables that require integration with ERM.
• Define changes required to SAP Process Chains to ensure timely and complete data availability.
• Determine data provisioning requirements through SAP Cloud Connector to support ERM business processes and reporting.
• Review and redesign Identity Management (IDM) role models to maintain appropriate security controls, accountability, and access governance.
• Document and validate cost centre replication processes and financial reporting integrations to ensure accurate organisational and financial data is available within ERM.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, impact assessments, and implementation recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across systems, processes, and security requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

You will bring proven experience working within enterprise SAP environments and have the ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems while producing clear and practical outcomes.

• Extensive experience working with SAP ECC (on-premise) environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies.
• Experience with SAP batch jobs, custom programs, service accounts, and Process Chains.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience reviewing and developing Identity Management (IDM) role models and access control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of organisational structures, cost centres, and finance reporting processes within SAP.
• Excellent technical analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical specifications and recommendations.
