We’re seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a busy transformation office within a government agency. This is a hands-on role supporting projects and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
  
About the position:

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and general office tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and briefings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documentation.
  • Assist with reporting, project documentation, and operational tasks across the transformation office.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Help maintain office systems, processes, and team resources to support efficiency and organisation.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders, supporting project delivery, and assisting team members.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in supporting teams with general office tasks, scheduling, and documentation.
