H2R Technology are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work within a large programme implementing a new CRM.

As with all Business Analysis role, we’re looking for someone that has exceptional verbal and written communication skills when communicating with a variety of internal stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:  

• Elicit and define high and detailed level business requirements  
• Functional and non-functional requirements
• Work with business stakeholders to determine the priority of the features to be delivered.  
• Lead and facilitate workshops

We’re looking for people that have previously worked on client relationship management (CRM) solutions previously.
