Are you a Business Analyst with business case writing experience ?  This is a short-term contract and you’ll need to be available ASAP.

We’re on the hunt for a Business Analyst with experience in digital or ICT projects to help shape the future of a regulatory platform. You’ll work with a range of stakeholders to uncover business needs, facilitate engaging workshops, and turn ideas into clear, actionable requirements that will underpin an important business case.

Key responsibilities :

• Running workshops and gathering requirements
• Working with business and technical stakeholders
• Analysing current and future business needs
• Documenting clear, structured requirements and artefacts
• Supporting the development of a major business case
• Helping define key platform capabilities and features

Experience required :

• Experience working on ICT, digital, or platform transformation projects
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence working with senior leaders, business teams, and technical specialists
• Experience with Better Business Case framework
• Business process modelling or customer journey mapping
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid of ambiguity

Wellington based and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
