We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Health, Safety & Wellness domain experience to define the case for change, document current-state processes and pain points, and support the identification, evaluation and selection of a specialist HSW system that integrates with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Management platforms.

12 month fixed term contract.

You will; 

• Lead current-state and future-state analysis across HSW, wellness, occupational health, and case management functions
• Elaborate business benefits, risks and investment rationale to support decision-making
• Translate detailed business requirements into clear market-facing artefacts, as required (e.g. RFI/RFP inputs, evaluation criteria)
• Support and navigate procurement processes, including engagement with vendors
• Work with technical, security and commercial stakeholders to assess solution fit, integration and compliance
• Supporting governance and steering committee updates with clear, evidence-based recommendations
