Senior Change Manager

Permanent / Full Time

This Senior Change Manager role will be responsible for both strategic direction and operational delivery of change processes throughout the organisation.  The change will be across Process, Systems and People, with the first cab off the rank a Payroll remediation focus. 

From design and development of the change plans, through change impact and stakeholder engagement, onto governance and monitoring controls, we’re looking for an experienced Change Manager.  A combination of skills including Agile and/or PROSCI or ADKAR are advantageous, but more important will be a breadth of experience and the ability to work autonomously and effectively.

Exposure to high compliance organisation such as banks, insurance or professional services will help understanding of the regulatory environment.  And if you were available to start within the next two weeks, that would be amazing!  (But not absolutely necessary)
