Our client is a large, complex, and dynamic organisation, who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor who is keen to get stuck in to support HR projects and provide a full range of guidance to leaders.

The role
  
Reporting into an HR Business Partner, this role will provide solid generalist HR support to key managers and internal stakeholders across a portfolio on employment relations, people management issues, change processes, recruitment, engagement and providing specialist advice and support for complex employee relations matters. As one of two Senior HR Advisors this role will actively contribute to key people initiatives/projects that align with the vision, values and strategic priorities of the organisation.
  
About you
  
Ideally, you will have experience building relationships with senior leaders.  You will have experience and knowledge of ER, performance management, change, talent management, leadership development as well as cyclical HR activities.

Key to your success will be your ability to build exceptional relationships with your stakeholders, as well as your calm and considered communication style, and ability to deliver meaningful HR work that supports the broader business objectives.
