H2R Technology are looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to join a Wellington-based public sector organisation on a 3-year fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of a complex integration workstream across a large, multi-year programme of work with a significant impact across New Zealand and the workforce. 

In this role, you’ll partner closely with vendors who are responsible for the implementation. The core of this will be delivered by third party vendors. You will be responsible for manage interdependencies and ensuring successful delivery through strong governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is less about a specific technology stack and more about bringing structure, coordination, and confidence to a high-profile programme where effective integration is critical to long-term success.

Success in this role will come from your ability to bring calm, disciplined delivery to a complex environment. You’ll have a proven track record managing large-scale integration or transformation projects, with strengths in governance, documentation, vendor management, risk and dependency management, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
