Senior Management Accountant – 6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend to 12 Months)

Looking for a role where you can make a real impact and enjoy where you work every day? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a team known for its fantastic culture, collaborative style, and genuine flexibility.

This is a 6-month full-time contract, with a strong likelihood of extension to 12 months. You’ll be joining a supportive environment that values initiative, balance, and teamwork — and you’ll even get free on-site car parking and EV charging as part of the deal.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver monthly management reporting, analysis, and insightful financial commentary.
• Prepare Board papers and provide trusted advice to senior leaders.
• Use Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to manage and report on financial performance.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and system improvements.
• Support key projects and process enhancements across finance and operations.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a senior finance role.
• Brings hands-on experience with Business Central (or similar ERP systems).
• Can balance day-to-day reporting with project and improvement work.
• Enjoys being part of a positive, people-first culture.
• Is available to start immediately (or soon) and can hit the ground running.
