This is an end-to-end payroll position. You’ll be handling complex, high-volume payroll with plenty of moving parts, including:

• Incentives & bonus structures
• Deductions & adjustments
• Flexi leave calculations
• Variations and changes across employee records
• Adhoc and manual calculations
• Parental leave calculations (and all the nuances that come with it)

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in complex payroll environments
• Strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation
• Confidence handling manual calculations and exceptions
• High attention to detail (you’ll need it!)
• Ability to jump in, pick things up fast, and deliver
