This is a rare, exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to become part of the H2R whānau. In this consulting role, many of your clients will see you as an extension of their business and your clients will range from start-ups to large corporates and public sector organisations. You will actively engage with your H2R colleagues, your clients and candidates, utilising strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Auckland, this is a recruitment opportunity where you have the autonomy to run your own desk. A 360 recruitment role you will be responsible for identifying the opportunities, taking the brief, sourcing top talent, interviewing, presenting shortlists, reference checking, background checking, making the offer, and managing your pipeline of work all whilst providing exceptional service to your clients and candidates.

• Excellent relationship building skills and comfortable working with people at all levels 
• Driven, a self-starter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driven to provide high-quality, outcomes for our candidates and clients and become their trusted advisor
• Proven ability to grow your recruitment desk
• Passionate about hunting out opportunities
