Role Overview:
Join a team as a Senior Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing and supporting software that helps people on a global scale. 

This position requires a strong backend understanding of technologies particularly within structured and regulated environments such as banking and financial services as well some front end responsibility. 

You will be working as part of a team across New Zealand and USA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust systems ensuring high security and performance standards.
• Analyze user needs and contribute to software design and architecture within a regulated framework.
• Contribute to successful programme delivery through effective planning, estimation, execution, reporting and iterative process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support for our product development teams and users of this software.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, adhering to strict quality assurance and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in software development 
• Experience in highly regulated or compliance-focused environments
• Proficient in technologies relevant to the role, including .NET, Microsoft Azure and SQL Server
• Preferred experience in supporting software in Production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
