As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be the trusted point of contact for customers throughout the service provisioning journey. Keeping them informed, supported and confident. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate timelines, manage exceptions, and ensure seamless service activations. If you excel at building relationships and navigating complex processes, we would like to hear from you. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point for customers during service provisioning, keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication regarding delivery timelines, service activations, and any necessary changes.
  • Work closely with project managers to schedule and coordinate migrations to meet agreed timelines.
  • Schedule and allocate internal resources effectively to meet delivery commitments.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to coordinate the deployment of related technologies and services.

  What you will need to be successful:

  • A passion for supporting customers through complex changes 
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in service provisioning, project coordination or similar
  • Sound understanding of ICT technologies, such as Firewalls, switching and Wifi
  • Ability to work independently, making decisions with minimal managerial oversight.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar, Jira and Confluence. 
  • Knowledge of ICT technologies and solutions is advantageous; commitment to support the education sector is essential

  About you:

  • Dependable and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with all levels of internal staff and key external stakeholders (including customer, schools, partners and suppliers).
  • Brings a high level of integrity, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach to achieving installation outcomes.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, enabling effective management of multiple installations simultaneously.
  • A clear communicator that’s able to adjust your communication style dependent on your audience
  • Skilled in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
