Are you a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering an outstanding support experience?

We’re looking for a self motivated Service Desk Analyst to join a busy and collaborative IT team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a structured service desk environment, and enjoys supporting a broad range of technologies.

About the Role As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for end users, providing timely technical support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for resolving a wide range of IT issues, escalating where required, and contributing to an efficient and professional service desk function.

What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Around 2+ years’ experience working within a structured IT Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with users and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience supporting a variety of technologies, including:
    • Windows operating systems
    • Laptop and desktop hardware
    • Printers and peripherals
    • Mobile phones and devices
    • Basic networking and connectivity issues
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently while knowing when to escalate.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platform would be highly regarded.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
