Role Overview:
The SRE will work with a wider team to support a core product suite ensuring that services are up to date, secure, available, performant, and that service incidents are resolved within SLA. Success in this role will be ensuring that SLAs are met and that updates are deployed quickly and reliably.

Responsibilities:
Investigate operational incidents to resolution
• Create, maintain and document – processes and tools to resolve common issues with products.
• Documentation of processes will meet the needs of others to follow during incidents, and as evidence during audit.
• Run blameless Post Incident Reviews and drive problem-management activities.
• When training is complete, serve on a 24/7 on-call roster to address any critical customer issues after-hours.
• Develop, maintain, and support CI/CD processes to enable frequent and timely deployments as required by the pod’s release cycles.
• Develop, maintain, and support provisioning processes to enable Installation teams to self – service creation of Customer Solutions.
• Participate in regular standups in the assigned product pod.
• Work with other pod members to continuously improve system monitoring, issue detection, and rapid service restoration with a focus on maintaining and improving the reliability and availability of customer-facing systems.
• Enforce the company standards of application logging, monitoring, and release processes Investigate operational incidents to resolution

Experience Required:
• Experience with continuous build, release & deployment systems for Azure environments with Windows and Linux for .NET web-based applications: AzureDevOps, GitHub
o Development, Execution, Automation pipeline builds and analyzing failures
• Strong scripting skills including PowerShell especially for Azure environments, and also bash scripting for Ubuntu.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Strong knowledge of source control management tools, (Git)
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code BICEP/ARM
• Experience with Azure Entra: Applications, Managed Identities, User management.

Preferred:
• Working knowledge of Information Security standards and/or practices such as ISO27001.
• Experience using package management systems / container repositories
• Experience with docker modules on ubuntu local and remote devices.
• Experience in Data pipelines especially Dagster and Snowflake Data storage.
• Reading & understanding code; developing purpose-built C# tools.
• Experience or certification with ITIL Framework or applications especially ServiceNow.

This role will work closely across the wider SRE, security, product, and customer-facing teams. I am looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, able to navigate complexity with autonomy, and has strong communication and collaboration skills.
