We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join a values-driven organisation following an internal promotion. This is a hands-on role combining reception, customer service, and administration support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of two office locations.

About the role
You’ll provide customer and administrative support across the organisation, including:

  • Managing the front desk and maintaining well-presented office spaces
  • Answering calls, resolving enquiries, and connecting people with the right team members
  • Providing administrative support across multiple teams
  • Coordinating meetings, including catering and room set-up
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business

  
What you’ll bring

  • Strong administration, customer service, and systems/process experience
  • A positive, can-do attitude with excellent initiative
  • The ability to build strong relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • An understanding of, or willingness to develop, cultural competency, with an appreciation for working alongside Māori and Pasifika communities in a respectful and inclusive way
  • Experience within the public sector, health, community services, or a similar environment would be advantageous
