Team Lead – Accounts Payable & Receivables:

Central Rotorua | Immediate Start | $85,000-$95,000 | Flexible Work
Immediate start – step into a leadership role!

We’re looking for a hands-on, happy-go-lucky Team Lead to manage our Accounts Payable and Receivables function, lead a capable and friendly finance team, and ensure processes run smoothly. This is a high-impact role with autonomy, flexibility, and plenty of opportunity to make a difference.

You’ll be based in beautiful central Rotorua offices with awesome facilities, working for an organisation with an incredibly important mission. Every day, your work will directly support the team and the wider purpose of the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead AP & AR end-to-end, including invoice processing, payments, and collections
• Manage and coach a capable team, building capability and confidence
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant processes
• Liaise with other finance teams and stakeholders to support month-end and reporting

About You: 

We want someone who is happy-go-lucky, approachable, and great with people, but also highly competent in accounting and AP/AR processes.
You will have:

• Solid experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or wider accounting
• Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communicator and team player
