The role

This is a hands-on leadership role within a modern organisation, where core platforms, delivery practices, and engagement models are progressing and maturing.

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform enhancements, from capturing business feedback and shaping solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption. The role plays a central part in prioritising and delivering a continuous improvement pipeline that enhances usability, performance, and organisational outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will translate business needs into clear functional and delivery requirements, balancing quality, risk, and delivery pace. You will own and manage the delivery backlog, contribute to the platform roadmap, and ensure enhancements are delivered in a controlled, well-tested, and scalable manner.

This role provides leadership across Dynamics 365 delivery, including directing vendors and partners on complex feature development, overseeing configuration and customisation, and ensuring alignment with broader architectural and organisational requirements. You will also lead training, demonstrations, and change activities to embed new functionality and drive adoption.

You will lead a small, multidisciplinary team across Business Analysis, Development, and Testing, creating a high-performing delivery environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality. In addition, this role will lead and grow a BA service, expanding structured engagement with the business and lifting the maturity and consistency of analysis practices across the organisation.
