As a Technical Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of an information technology initiative within a large, complex organisation. Working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help bridge user needs and technical solutions to enable successful project outcomes.
  
Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand key business and activity needs
• Epics, features and user stories
• Translating business requirements into actionable documentation (Non-Functional & Functional Requirements, Process Maps, Gap analysis, Data Maps, etc)
• Support project decisions by aligning requirements with business goals
• Managing configuration and change control of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Personal Specification:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who can demonstrate the following:

• Experience working on complex technical or IT projects
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) and integration projects
• Proven track record as a Technical BA in agile environments
• Strong skills in gathering, prioritising and validating technical requirements with stakeholders at all levels
• Confidence in building trusted relationships and navigating differing stakeholder priorities.
• Strong understanding of systems analysis and business analysis tools (including techniques and change management practices)
• Ability to analyse complex problems and recommend practical solutions
• Preferred knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS
• Prince 2, MSP, Better Business Cases and PROSCI foundation certifications are favourable
